A piece full of sparkle and plenty of heart!

With a hop or a skip or a shake and a groove!

AUDITIONS

  • Auditions will be held at the Etcetera Productions studios:

    99 Queens Road, Gower Street United Church, Downtown St. John’s

    Audition Entrance — Please enter through the Gower Street United Church office entrance (glass doors opposite St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church )

  • Auditions will take place over two sessions:

    • Friday, May 22 — 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

    • Saturday, May 23 — 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM

    Please arrive early enough to check in and be ready for your scheduled time.

    If you register in advance, you will be assigned a specific audition time within these windows. Walk-ins will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability.

  • Advance registration is strongly encouraged to secure an audition time and help us maintain an efficient schedule.

    Walk-ins are welcome, but may experience a wait and will be seen as time permits.

  • Please prepare a short section (about a minute in length) of any song that best shows you off as a performer.

    This can be from any style or genre—pop, musical theatre, rock, classical, jazz, or anything in between.

  • Immediately following vocal auditions, all auditionees are asked to participate in a group movement and dance call as part of the audition process.

    Please wear movement friendly clothing and footwear.

  • Performers of all ages are welcome to audition for principal and ensemble roles.

    Experience is an asset, but absolutely not required.
