First Rehearsal Sunday, Sept 20 for Conference Performance – Monday, September 21
Performers from the Show Choir and Ensemble will sing the national anthem at a conference at the Delta Hotel on Monday, September 21.
Performers should be dropped off between 7:30 and 7:45 AM and should wear smart-casual clothing. A member of the Etcetera team will meet and supervise the group, and the Placentia Bay Room will be available for storing coats and personal belongings.

Ensemble performers able to participate in this performance are asked to attend rehearsal alongside Etcetera Productions Show Choir members on Sunday, September 20th from 4:00-5:30PM
Ensemble members who cannot make this performance are asked to advise through the UHOH button below.
First Regular Rehearsal – Sunday, September 27
Our first Ensemble rehearsal of the season takes place on Sunday, September 27, from 6:00-7:00 PM at the Etcetera Productions studio. Ensemble will rehearse every Sunday throughout the season, with closures and schedule changes noted on our studio calendar.
A member of our team will be at the door beginning at 5:50 PM to welcome performers inside. Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for singing and dancing, and bring a labelled water bottle.
We’re so excited to have everyone back in the room and begin a brand-new season together!

FAQ
-
When and where are rehearsals?
Ensemble rehearses every Sunday from 6:00-7:00 PM at the Etcetera Productions studio, unless otherwise noted on the group calendar.
When should performers arrive?
The studio door opens at 5:50 PM, when a member of our teaching staff will be available to welcome performers inside. For everyone’s safety, the exterior door remains locked during rehearsals.
What should performers wear?
Every rehearsal includes both singing and dancing, so performers should wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing and footwear.
What should performers bring?
Please bring a refillable water bottle clearly marked with the performer’s name. A water cooler is available at the studio for refills.
Is food available during rehearsals?
We keep a small canteen available at the studio with a limited selection of snacks, juice boxes, and other treats. Most items cost between 25¢ and 50¢, so performers are welcome to bring a small amount of change if they would like to purchase something during their break.

Where are rehearsals held?
Show Choir rehearsals take place at the Etcetera Productions studio, located inside Gower Street United Church at 208 Gower Street, St. John’s. This welcoming downtown space has been Etcetera’s home since 2011 and is where we hold our regular classes, lessons, and rehearsals. Please use the entrance located at the rear of the building shared with Spirit of Newfoundland.
Where can I park?
Parking is available beside the building, with additional street parking nearby. For the convenience of families a teacher waits by the door to facilitate a safe pick-up and drop-off zone for each rehearsal.
